What Is Vastu Shastra?
Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian system of architecture and space planning. It looks at the direction, layout and placement of rooms, entrances and key areas in a property. A Vastu consultation studies how a space is arranged and suggests changes to bring it into better balance.
At SukhVastu, every consultation starts with the actual property: its floor plan, the direction it faces and how the space is used. Recommendations are based on that specific property, not a standard checklist.

How a Vastu Consultation Works
Step 1: Share your details
Tell us about your property, its location and your concerns. Send a floor plan if you have one. If you do not, our team can measure the property and prepare it.
Step 2: Site visit or video consultation
Dr. Rajashree and her team visit properties across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and nearby regions, and in other cities in India or abroad on request. You can also choose an online consultation over a video call.
Step 3: Recommendations
You receive a written report along with a verbal explanation of the recommendations. Where possible, recommendations use remedies that do not require breaking walls or rebuilding.
Step 4: One year of follow-up
You get free telephonic follow-up for one year for any Vastu questions about your property while you make the changes.

Meet Dr. Rajashree S. Chaudhari
Dr. Rajashree S. Chaudhari holds a PhD in Vastu Shastra and has practised for 19 years. She founded SukhVastu in Mumbai in 2007.
Her work covers more than 12,000 sites across India and abroad. About 70% are homes and 30% are commercial and industrial properties, including offices, shops, hospitals and factories. Along with Vastu, she practises Numerology, Tarot, Past Life Regression, Family Constellation and Reiki, and has trained more than 500 students.

Fees depend on the type, size and location of the property and, for commercial properties, the nature of the business. Contact us for a quote. A 50% advance confirms the booking.
A floor plan of the property, its address or location, and a list of your main concerns. If you do not have a floor plan, our team can measure the property and prepare one.
Not necessarily. SukhVastu offers remedies that work within the existing structure, which is useful in flats, rented properties and running businesses where rebuilding is not practical.
Yes, this is the best time. Checking a flat, plot or commercial space before you buy lets you compare options and avoid changes later.
A site visit for a 2BHK or 3BHK flat usually takes 3 to 4 hours. Larger homes, offices and factories take longer, depending on their size.
