1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of the SukhVastu website and to any consultation, reading, session or course you book with SukhVastu. SukhVastu has its office at 302, Shivdhar Building, Plot No. 274, RDP 4, Sector 5, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

SukhVastu offers:

• Vastu Shastra consultations for residential, commercial and industrial properties, on-site and online
• Personal guidance services, including Numerology, Mobile Numerology, Tarot, Graphology and Akashic Records Reading
• Healing and well-being sessions, including Past Life Regression, Family Constellation, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Meditation and Breathwork
• Courses (enquiries through the website)
• Crystals suggested as part of consultations

The nature and limits of these services are described in our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once the 50% advance is paid and you receive a confirmation message.
• You must provide accurate information, including correct floor plans, directions, addresses, names and dates of birth. Recommendations depend on the accuracy of this information.
• For on-site visits, you must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
• For healing sessions, you must tell us about any medical or mental health conditions before the session.

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are shared after enquiry. They depend on the type, size and location of the property and, for commercial properties, the nature of the business.
• 50% of the fee is payable in advance to confirm the booking.
• We accept UPI for smaller amounts and bank transfer otherwise.
• Travel charges apply for site visits outside Mumbai and depend on the location. They are shared before booking.
• All fees are in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable GST.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule at no charge up to 2 days before the appointment.
• Cancellation by you: If you cancel 2 days or more before the appointment, your advance is kept as credit for a future booking.
• Late cancellation or no-show: If you cancel less than 2 days before the appointment or do not attend, the advance is not refunded or credited.
• Cancellation by us: If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new appointment.
• After the consultation: Fees are not refundable once a consultation or session has been delivered.
• Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

6. Follow-Up Support

Vastu consultation clients receive free telephonic follow-up for one year from the date of the consultation. This covers any Vastu-related questions about the property that was consulted on. It does not cover new properties, which need a separate consultation. It applies to Vastu consultations only, not to personal guidance or healing services.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Our services provide guidance based on Vastu Shastra and other traditional and complementary practices. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including financial, professional, personal, relationship or health outcomes. See our Disclaimer.

8. Structural Changes

If a recommendation involves structural, electrical or plumbing changes, you are responsible for consulting a qualified architect, structural engineer or contractor and for obtaining any approvals required from your housing society or local authority.

9. Crystals and Other Products

Crystals and other items suggested or sold by SukhVastu are complementary items. We do not claim that any product will produce a specific financial, health or personal result.

9A. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, reports and course material, belongs to SukhVastu. You may not copy, reproduce or share it for commercial use without written permission. Reports prepared for you are for your personal use.

10. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information through our forms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SukhVastu is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the service concerned.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
