• Property details: address, floor plans, photographs, videos and information about how the property is used
• Personal details for guidance services: full name, date of birth, mobile number, and original handwriting samples sent to us by post or courier
• Information you share during consultations or sessions, including personal, family or relationship concerns
• Health information you choose to tell us before a healing or well-being session, so we can check whether a session is suitable for you
• Payment details for UPI and bank transfers. We do not collect or store card details.

Data collected automatically when you use the website:

• Device and browser information, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools

3. Why We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule consultations or sessions
• Conduct consultations, readings and sessions
• Provide follow-up support, including the one-year telephonic follow-up
• Send you information about your booking by phone, WhatsApp or email
• Process payments and keep records required by law
• Improve our website

We do not sell your personal data.

With your separate consent, we may send you updates about our courses and services on WhatsApp or email. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, but we may not be able to continue providing the service.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct, complete or update your personal data
• Request erasure of your personal data, unless we must keep it by law
• Withdraw consent
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity
• Raise a grievance with us

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. If a consultation or session involves a person under 18, such as a child's name numerology or a study room consultation, we collect their data only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
